Starters (choose one):
Platter for Two: Assorted platter for two consisting of chicken, lamb chop & tiger prawn.
Seabass: Prepared in a rich spicy marinade of various Indian spices and deep fried.
Pathia Puree: Spicy prawns cooked with onion & garlic, served on a moghlai pancake.
Sheek Kebab: Skewer of minced lamb delicately flavoured with various spices.
Somosa (Veg or Lamb): Deliciously spiced & wrapped in pastry and deep fried.
Mains (choose one):
Korma: Chicken or Lamb cooked in coconut & almond with milk & cream (mild).
Tikka Masala: Chargrilled Chicken or Lamb cooked in a specially made sauce of a fusion of Indian spices, cream and coconut (mild).
Hari Chingri: A Keralan dish with King Prawns or Fish prepared with coconut milk, a touch of mustard and chopped curry leaves (mild to medium).
Mumbai Style: Mughal era dish. Chicken or Lamb cooked with mustard seeds, black pepper, turmeric, garam masala and crushed ginger (medium).
Madras: A traditional, well spiced thoroughbred dish cooked with Chicken or Lamb.
Naga: Lamb or Chicken freshly cooked in a rich sauce with the aroma of the Bengali Naga Chilli (Shashlick: Marinated in yoghurt & spices and cooked with onions, peppers & tomatoes.
Paneer Butter Masala: Chargrilled paneer cooked with onion, tomato & kasturi methi (V).
Vegetables (choose one):
Tarka Dal: Lentils infused with garlic.
Sag Aloo: Potatoes cooked in spinach.
Hari Pyazi: Spiced baby potatoes with tomato and spring onions.
Dhingri Palak: Spinach and mushroom cooked together.
