Starters (one platter each person):
Vegetarian Mixed Platter:
Fillo pastry filled with potatoes, beans, carrots and cashew nuts.
Kebab balls made with spinach, potato, chick peas and pepper.
Mushroom stuffed with Bengali vegetable vorta.
Cottage cheese marinated in minted yoghurt & spices and grilled in tanddor.
Non-Vegetarian Mixed Platter:
Free range diced chicken tikka flavoured with garlic, coriander & kaffir lime.
Shredded, pan fried lamb and spring vegetables in a crispy coating.
Tandoori grilled black Tiger Prawns marinated in yogurt and carom seeds.
Succulent piece of lamb marinated in yoghurt & spices, then cooked over charcoal.
Mains (one dish each person): .
Keralan Fish or King Prawn Curry: A south Indian dish prepared with fish fillet pan fried with a touch of turmeric and black pepper then cooked with coconut milk, mustard seeds and chopped curry leaves (medium).
Murgh Massalam: A beautiful Parsee chicken dish with fragrant spices, complex flavours & mix masala which makes it rich, crisp and soft all at the same time (mildish).
Chicken Tikka Masala: Chargrilled chicken cooked in a specially made sauce of a fusion of Indian spices, cream and coconut powder (mild).
North Indian Karahi: Tender pieces of chicken or lamb braised in a spicy masala of ginger, garlic, onions and tomatoes with a tempering of crushed coriander seeds, mint and spicy red chillies (spicy).
Dolcha Lamb: Tender lamb marinated in spiced yoghurt for and cooked with chana dal, red onions & green chillies and perfumed with a drop of rose water (Hot).
Naga: Lamb or Chicken freshly cooked in a rich sauce with the unique aroma of the Bengali Naga chilli (very hot).
Hara Shahi Paneer: Succulent paneer cooked with spinach, butter and a delicious mix of flavor spices (V).

Rajma Chana: Red kidney beans with chick peas.
Aloo Bengan: Lightly spiced potatoes and aubergines.
Dal Masala: Garlic infused Spicy lentils cooked with chick peas.
